Telegram Stars (currency code XTR) is Telegram's in-app digital currency, introduced in 2024. Stars are bought inside the Telegram app itself — Telegram handles App Store / Google Play compliance, so Stars-priced purchases work cleanly on iOS and Android without any per-app IAP integration. Telegram controls Stars retail pricing; current rate is roughly $0.013–0.020 per Star depending on region and bulk discount.
Wall accepts Stars for: Wall Premium subscription (290★/month), Wall Ultra subscription (990★/month), all eight gift tiers (Heart 5★ to Trophy 500★), paid posts (creator-set Stars paywall), and Pixel Battle power-ups (50★ to 900★ depending on item). Wall does not mark up Stars pricing — we accept whatever Telegram charges.
Stars-based revenue split for tips and donations: Telegram takes ~30%, Wall takes 20% of the net as the rail operator fee, and pays the referrer (if any) a tier-dependent commission from Wall's own share. Can I buy Stars on Wall directly?
No. Stars are bought only inside Telegram itself. Wall accepts Stars at checkout but doesn't sell them. Telegram's Stars purchase flow is in any chat (search for Stars).
Why does Telegram take 30%?
It's Telegram's platform fee for the Stars rail. App Store and Google Play take similar cuts on traditional in-app purchases; Telegram's 30% is comparable. Wall doesn't set this rate.
Are Stars refundable?
Stars-paid Wall purchases follow Telegram's refund policy and Wall's /content-policy. Subscriptions can be cancelled (no charge for next cycle), gifts and paid-post unlocks are non-refundable. Specific refund cases go through wall.support/contact.
