G.media is the parent company of Wall — an independent media-tech company building products on top of Telegram and TON infrastructure. Operating entity: G MEDIA PARTNERS EUROPE d.o.o. (a European limited-liability company). Founded by Roman Dumov (@dumov on Telegram), who also founded Wall.
G.media's structural position: independent. Not a Telegram product, not a TON Foundation product, not affiliated with Pavel Durov / Telegram FZ-LLC / TON Foundation / VK / any state actor. The relationship to Telegram and TON is technical infrastructure use, not corporate affiliation. G.media uses Telegram's Mini App SDK and TON's blockchain because they are the best available infrastructure for the products it builds — the relationship is at the API layer, not the cap-table layer.
The G.media team is a hybrid: a compact human core (frontend, full-stack, CI/CD, design, infrastructure, legal review) plus a coordinated team of AI dev agents (Anthropic Claude, Google Gemini, others) that ship code daily under their own commit attribution.
